Before we can open an account for you, we need to verify your identity and address. We can do this online if you authorize us to do so. We will also contact you via email if we need additional proof of identity, address or work.

Simply complete the application form online and select your employer’s name from the list provided. Don’t forget to complete the payroll deduction part of the application and the amount you want to be deducted & saved every month. We will do the rest.

You can also print and complete this application form and submit it to any of our five branch offices.
