We are thrilled to announce that our brand new Mobile Apps are ready for you to download. All apps are now free to download and easy to use, 24 hours a day. Now you could keep a track of your finances on the go 24 x 7 x 365.

WHAT YOU CAN DO USING MOBILE BANKING APPS

  • You can view balance information for your London Mutual Credit Union Savings, Current, Loan and Cash ISA accounts
  • View last 20 account transactions
  • Transfer money between your credit union accounts
  • Apply for a revolving loan, provided that you are already set up for this facility
  • Request to make payments to external bank accounts. Please note that the transfers to the external bank accounts are processed manually by the credit union staff and may take up to 48 hours to complete the transaction.
  • Send secure messages and requests to various LMCU Departments
  • Request statements to be either posted or emailed to you
  • Request your login details to be changed
  • Request to make payments to external bank accounts. Please note that the transfers to the external bank accounts are processed manually by the credit union staff during the normal office opening hours and may take up to 48 hours to complete the transaction

Note:
Credit Union Current Account balances could be up to one WORKING day behind. [Weekends and bank holiday may be up to 3 days behind].

WHAT TRANSACTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Most accounts allow you to see last 20 transactions. All our Share, Loan and ISA accounts you will be able to see the most up-to-date transactions. Current account balances are updated each working day at 10.30am – the balance shown will be as at midnight of the previous day. As there will be no balances available to us to updates on weekends and Bank Holidays, the balance shown will be as at midnight of the previous working day – e.g. on a Bank Holiday Monday the balance will be as at midnight on the preceding Friday and the transactions can sometime be over 72 hours old.If you need the latest cur rent account balance, you could obtain this using the ATM.

WHAT PAYMENTS & TRANSFERS CAN I MAKE?

Using the "Transfer" function, you can transfer money between your own London Mutual Credit Union accounts including paying you credit union loans. Please note that the transfers to the external bank accounts are processed manually by the credit union staff and may take up to 48 hours to complete the transaction.

HOW SECURE IS MOBILE BANKING?

We take your security very seriously and have a number of security measures already in place so that you can feel confident using Mobile Banking. Please keep your internet / Mobile Banking login details safe and secure and don’t give it to anyone. Please contact us immediately if you believe someone else knows your login details. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOSE MY PHONE?

No one can access your London Mutual Credit Union Mobile Banking facility without all 3 login credentials. [provided that you haven’t kept a record of your login details in your mobile] For added peace of mind, if your phone is lost or stolen, please contact us on 020 7787 0770 and we will de-register you from Mobile and Internet Banking. You could re-register for these services at any time when you are ready.

CAN I ACCESS MOBILE BANKING FROM ABROAD?

Yes, you can, however remember that Mobile Banking requires an internet connection to access your accounts. Data roaming charges can be very expensive, so please be extremely careful and check with your data provider before using Mobile Banking abroad.
